Personal Training Rates: We offer 30/45/60min sessions custom to each individual.

As low as $20/session (30 min sessions) - Minimum session requirement.  Some restrictions apply.  See staff for details.

Group Training Rates:

As low as $15/person/hour  - Two (2) person minimum.  Limited availability.

Sports Specific Camps:

As low as $12/person/hour  -  Ten (10) person minimum.  Limited availability.
