As low as $20/session (30 min sessions) - Minimum session requirement.  Some restrictions apply.  See staff for details.

Group Training Rates:

As low as $15/session/person (60 min sessions) - Two (2) person minimum.  Limited availability.

Custom Workout Programs:

$99 - includes 4 week program, plus weekly check-ins with personal trainer.

Let us take the guess work out of your nutrition needs.  We will assess your current nutrition, educate you on what your body requires based on your goals, give you meal suggestions based on your preferences, and follow up for 90 days to keep you on track.
